Phendeling Welfare Committee (Tibet Charity) is a non-political, humanitarian organization with the purpose of supporting and upholding Tibetan culture and the Tibetan people through humanitarian projects and cultural events.

The organization aims to promote Tibetan cultural values such as compassion, non-violence, ethics and global sustainability.

Key principles include: board-members working on a volunteer basis; board members paying their own expenses when working for the organization, doing projects abroad, etc; and sponsorships being distributed uncut to the Tibetan recipients.
